At Cosi, you have a 30-day cooling-off period. Return your order with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. Once a return has been registered, you will receive return instructions by email within 48 hours on working days. Small shipments can be handed in at a DHL point near you. Wood stoves, fire tables and fire pillars will be collected free of charge. Upon receipt of your return, the purchase amount will usually be refunded within 14 days.
