Within what time will my order be shipped?

If you order your Cosi product on business days before 1:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders with a value of €50 or more, your order will be delivered free of charge.
If your total order value is below €50, the shipping costs are €6.95.

How quickly will my package be delivered?

Your package is usually delivered by DHL on the next business day.
After shipment, you will receive a live track & trace code, allowing you to see exactly when your package will be delivered.

How are large Cosi products shipped?

Larger shipments, such as wood stoves, fire tables, and fire pillars, are delivered by a specialized carrier.
They will contact you personally to schedule a delivery appointment.
Large shipments are usually delivered within 3 business days.
