Can I also pay by bank transfer?

Yes, in addition to online payment methods, you can also choose to pay the amount manually via a bank transfer.

When will I receive my refund after cancelling or returning?

Have you cancelled or returned your Cosi product? The purchase amount will usually be refunded within 14 days.
